Minor Bugs!!!
Field name 'address' ($_POST['address'] or $_GET['address']) often mistakenly appears as 'street', causing errors!
I fixed the source (changed all 'street' into 'address') and it works much better for me.
Since I have fiddled around with the source a little, maybe line numbers may not match.
In your phpGoogleStoreLocator.php file,
on line 200, as a form entry;
Street
"<" input type="text" name="address" ">"
However, on the following occasions, you should have assumed that the name on "Street Addres" field was "street".
on line 253
$_POST['street'] = addslashes($_GET['street']);
On line 284 && 290

Mmmm yes I had the street one fixed up on my dev version because someone had reported it before but for some reason its not in the release tarball. I need to add that now I suppose, it was causing some weirdness. I hadnt notice the zipcode one though. I've got enough minor fixes now that it would warrant a minor update release. I'll get that done probably sometime today or this weekend.
